By using it, you agree not to:

• Use it unlawfully, or to attempt to gain access to parts of it you have no right to.
• Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of it for commercial use.
• Interfere with how it works, or introduce anything malicious.
• Impersonate someone else, or use another person’s account.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account, unless it was our fault.

We may suspend an account where there is good reason — fraud, repeated non-return of items, or abuse of our staff. We will tell you why, and you can appeal.

The text, design, logo and photography on this site belong to us or to the sellers who list here, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may look at them and print pages for your own use. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.

Product photography shows the model rather than the individual item, and may include manufacturers’ own images used with permission.

We try hard to describe items accurately, particularly grades and condition, because the whole model depends on that trust. Even so, occasional errors in price or description happen.

Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to supply at the wrong price. We will tell you before taking payment and you can decide whether to go ahead at the correct price.

We do not guarantee the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw parts of it for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a trial or a purchase is the one in force when you entered into it, and we will not change the terms of a trial that has already started.

Governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
