Item details
THE ARTISAN Sitting proudly alongside the V8 at the top of the Veelah collection, the V7 Series pairs heritage craftsmanship with a warmer, more intimate voice. A solid Sitka spruce top meets solid mahogany back and sides, giving a rich, focused tone with plenty of midrange character. A spiral spalted maple rosette and flamed maple binding add a distinctive, one-of-a-kind visual signature, finished in gloss body with a satin neck for natural, refined looks. The one-piece mahogany neck and Pau Ferro fingerboard and bridge offer fast, comfortable playability across the 650mm scale and 43mm neck width, with 20 frets to explore. Finished with Grover Gold 21:1 diecast machine heads, TUSQ nut and saddle, and Elixir Neoweb strings, the V7 delivers effortless playability for players who want tone with real character.

Every listing is available at three grades. The grade sets the price, and the trial fee and deposit are a share of that price, so a lower grade costs less to try as well as to keep.

- Delivery
- 2 to 4 days, tracked, to any UK mainland address.
- When the trial starts
- The day it arrives, not the day you order. The clock never runs while it is in transit.
- Sending it back
- Book a collection from your address, or drop it at a parcel shop. We send the label.
- Cost
- Both directions are covered by the trial fee.
- Larger items
- Bikes, treadmills and anything two-person is delivered by a scheduled carrier who will call ahead.
- Your deposit
- Refunded in full within 3 days of it going back.
- The trial fee
- Not refunded if you simply decide against it. It paid for the delivery, the collection and the cover.
- If it is not as described
- The trial fee comes back too. You should not pay to find out we graded something badly.
- Cancelling
- You also have the statutory 14-day right to cancel, which runs alongside the trial and is not replaced by it.
- Damage
- You are responsible for damage beyond ordinary use. Marks and wear from genuinely using the item are not chargeable.
