How we grade everything

Delivery

2 to 4 days, tracked, to any UK mainland address.

When the trial starts

The day it arrives, not the day you order. The clock never runs while it is in transit.

Sending it back

Book a collection from your address, or drop it at a parcel shop. We send the label.

Cost

Both directions are covered by the trial fee.

Larger items

Bikes, treadmills and anything two-person is delivered by a scheduled carrier who will call ahead.

Refunded in full within 3 days of it going back.

The trial fee

Not refunded if you simply decide against it. It paid for the delivery, the collection and the cover.

If it is not as described

The trial fee comes back too. You should not pay to find out we graded something badly.

Cancelling

You also have the statutory 14-day right to cancel, which runs alongside the trial and is not replaced by it.

Damage

You are responsible for damage beyond ordinary use. Marks and wear from genuinely using the item are not chargeable.
